Due to increasing complexity of email, we do not offer custom email addresses. We do offer add-on services where we help you via Zoom Call in preparing your email addresses through Google's Workspace (formerly G Suite) for your website. If this is something you are interested in, please reach out to us.
If we have begun work on your website, we cannot offer a refund. If we have not started, we can offer a refund, minus a $150 fee.
Absolutely. We work with you to integrate whatever you have into your website (so long as it is possible). If something is not possible to integrate, we will provide alternatives for you to pursue.
You are welcome to do that as you do own your website. Your website is originally hosted with us at $15/month on Amazon Web Services. Should you desire to host it yourself, we will provide you with the backup file of your website and load the backup file unto wherever you desire to host your website. There will be an additional charge of $150 for the transfer process and we will work with you to ensure your website is hosted successfully where you want it.
